We are now taking reservations for the 2009 season. Our policy is to offer first option to this year's guests. Rates will be increasing in 2009. Book early and save your preferred dates!

We require a deposit of ½ of rental fee with your reservation to hold your dates. Maine short term rental sales tax of 7% is additional.

A confirmation letter, copy of the rental agreement, and a map will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.
For weekly rental we rent Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4 PM. Check out time is 10 AM.
Reservations are honored on a first-deposit, first-reserve basis, with the previous year’s guests given first option. We do not guarantee to have your preferred dates available. We recommend you e-mail to verify the dates you want are available before sending in a deposit.
To print the registration form, highlight the form, and then select print from the file menu. Print the selection. If you'd rather we send you the registration form simply e-mail us & let us know if you would like it as a paper form, or an e-mail (word) file.
